You have 14 days from receiving your physical item to request a return.
For any issues with defective or incorrect items, contact us immediately for a resolution. 
Sale items, gift cards, and personalized items with text or logo cannot be returned.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags, and include the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@loonyhub.com with your order number. Returns cannot be sent directly to LoonyHub. If your return is approved, we will send you a return label and shipping instructions.

Express Exchanges: To get the desired item, return the one you have, and make a new purchase.

Refunds: After your return is inspected and approved, you’ll be refunded within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
