Refund Policy
As stated in our Terms of Service, LoonyHub.com is not responsible for the production or shipping of physical products customized with digital designs created by our team. However, we provide support to our customers through the return policies of the suppliers we partner with for physical product creation.
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return, provided that the necessary conditions are met.
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them: unworn, unused, with the original tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the proof of purchase that you received with your order confirmation.
To initiate a return, please contact us by email at: info@loonyhub.com Please provide your order number from the email you received from LoonyHub.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items should not be sent directly to LoonyHub.com. If this is the case, the return will not be accepted and shipping costs will be charged to the sender.
Reasons for Return
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@loonyhub.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. These are the only reasons for which a return will be accepted.
Exceptions/Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as customized products, items on sale, or those purchased using gift cards. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to place a new order for the desired item. You will still receive a refund once the return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Changes to the Return Policy
LoonyHub.com reserves the right to modify this return policy. However, any changes will not affect orders placed before the date of modification.
