We care about your satisfaction and provide clear and transparent refund policies.

LoonyHub.com is a creator of digital ideas and designs. Physical products are not manufactured or shipped directly by LoonyHub; all production, fulfillment, and delivery are handled by third-party print-on-demand (POD) providers.


Digital Products

All digital files are non-returnable.
Once downloaded, refunds are not available, as the product is immediately usable.
Exceptions are made only for files that are damaged, corrupted, or have insufficient resolution. In such cases, LoonyHub will provide replacement files.


Physical Posters – On-Demand Production

All posters are custom-made on demand after purchase. Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

  1. Defective Poster: Manufacturing or printing defects.
  2. Incorrect Poster: The item received does not match the order.

Procedure:

  • Contact us via info@loonyhub.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the poster and packaging.
  • Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

We will coordinate directly with our POD provider for verification and replacement.

Note:
If the package appears visibly damaged, customers are advised to accept delivery with reservation and immediately photograph both the packaging and the poster. LoonyHub cannot be held responsible for any damage caused during shipping, but will act as an intermediary to assist the customer in managing claims with the courier. Without photographic documentation, LoonyHub cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.


Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your poster does not arrive within the estimated delivery window:

  • Contact us promptly; we will investigate with the POD provider.
  • Shipping delays caused by customs, incorrect addresses, or postal issues are beyond LoonyHub’s control.
  • If a package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, LoonyHub.com and POD providers are not liable.

Return Address

  • Do not send returns to LoonyHub’s headquarters.
  • Once a return is approved, we will provide the designated logistics center address for shipping.

How to Report an Issue

Email info@loonyhub.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Description of the Issue
  • Clear photos of the poster and packaging

We will respond within 12–24 hours.

LoonyHub.com is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred during shipping. These are determined by your local customs office.
