Intellectual Property

Print-on-Demand Fulfillment and Responsibility
All physical products purchased through LoonyHub.com are custom-made and produced exclusively on demand by selected third-party fulfillment partners (POD Providers). LoonyHub.com is the seller of record and is responsible for the creative concept, quality control standards, and overall customer experience.
Our POD Providers are operationally responsible for:
- Actual production and printing of items.
- Packaging, logistics, and delivery timelines.
- Physical handling of returns (once authorized by LoonyHub.com).
LoonyHub.com is the sole point of contact for all customers. We guarantee the resolution of any confirmed issue related to defects, transit damage, or incorrect orders, managing the entire claim process with our fulfillment partners on your behalf.
Returns and Refund Policy
Since all physical products are custom-made on demand, returns or exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:
- Defective or damaged item received
- Incorrect size or print due to production error
Please report the issue within 7 days of receiving your item. All claims must include photographic evidence and order details.

Consumer Rights and Guarantees

We will manage the entire claim process with our fulfillment partners to ensure a satisfactory resolution (replacement or refund).
Customers should never contact the third-party production professionals directly regarding order issues. LoonyHub.com provides comprehensive, centralized support for all our community members.
Order Cancellation
Once submitted, orders on LoonyHub.com cannot be canceled or modified.
Website Security

We never store any credit card or bank details.

Limitation of Liability
